How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Delivery can vary and take 5 to 8 days to get shipped and delivered. Tracking numbers provided as soon as possible.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's the rest of my order?
When you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… they're on their way.
We give you 7 days to return the product for any reason. We accept all merchandise in new condition,
with original box and receipt, to be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days.
All of our products are covered by a 30 days exchange guarantee if the product is damaged or stop working.

Return fees: Please note that return fees are customer responsibility no matter the reason. Because we already covered the shipping fee when we sent you the product with free shipping.
I received a wrong or defective product
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please contact us and send us your order number and tell us how we messed up. We will take responsibility and cover all costs of delivering you the right product. We are human and do make mistakes sometimes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
If you purchased with a debit card, you will receive your refund within 2-5 business days from the processing date. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement.
